Happy New Year! I wanted to share something that God showed me a few years ago! He showed me how we go to church on New Year's Eve every year and whine or cry about how bad that particular year was. Then we make a declaration that the next year will be the best yet! Somehow, we find ourselves in the same cycle the following New Year’s Eve, complaining about the past year’s calamities. Did we forget the declaration that we previously made? No! Maybe, but we let the unfortunate instances outweigh all the good that has transpired. So, from here on out, let this be our new decree/declaration on New Year’s Eve! Let us declare; this year was good and the next year will be better!
Job 22:28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
